A BOSS LEADERS' PROJECT
Invest in Young
Enterprise
13 young people aged 13–19 are stepping into business leadership and they need your backing!
Through Little Bosses Academy CIC’s
mini-MBA-style Boss Leaders programme, they are developing entrepreneurial skills and employability by launching Barry’s, an Afro-fusion pop-up restaurant in Swindon.
They will take responsibility for business planning, finance, marketing, operations and customer service, supported by experienced professionals. Their challenge is to turn a business idea into a working restaurant that serves real customers.
Help us raise £5,000 to provide the venue, equipment, ingredients and professional support that will turn their preparation into opening day.

ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS CONFIDENCE & LEADERSHIP EMPLOYABILITY
Their ideas.
Your support.
Our Boss Leaders have stepped forward, prepared for interviews and committed to taking on real responsibilities. Now they need people willing to back that ambition.
Your support gives these 10 young people the opportunity to put their preparation into practice, take ownership of their work and discover what they can achieve together.
Help us
open the doors.
The preparation has begun: interviews, menu planning and live virtual coaching with Afro-fusion chef Chef Sia. Your contribution helps fund the next step.
