Raising Future Leaders,
One Venture at a Time
Your Child’s Learning Journey
Every child’s learning journey looks different.
At Little Bosses Academy, we’ve designed a structured pathway that supports how children develop over time—through real experiences, not just lessons.
From their first introduction in our camps, to building ideas in our courses, and progressing through our Boss Builder pathways, children are given the opportunity to think, communicate, and take responsibility in meaningful ways.
This is a learning journey built on doing, not just being taught.
The Boss Path
4. Boss Mastery
Children continue developing their ideas with deeper support, refining their thinking, strengthening their confidence and taking their ventures further.
2: Boss Builder
3. Boss Venture
Children develop their skills through three progression routes: Creators, Makers, and Leaders.
Children build their own ideas with 1:1 mentoring, turning them into real, independent ventures.

STAGE 1:
Start the Boss Journey
Our half-term and summer camps are where most children begin.
Through hands-on experiences, children take part in building and running a group business—creating, selling, and engaging with real customers.
This is where they are first introduced to:
-
making decisions
-
working as part of a team
-
communicating their ideas
-
taking responsibility for something real
This stage introduces children to real-world experiences in a supportive and structured way.
STAGE 2:
Build the Foundations:
6-Week Entrepreneurship Course
For children ready to go further, our 4-week course allows them to develop their thinking in more depth.
Here, they begin to:
-
explore their own ideas
-
understand how a business works
-
develop communication and presentation skills
-
build confidence through structured experiences
This stage moves children from participation to more independent thinking and develop Barry's Bakehouse
Develop Further:
Boss Builder Pathways
STAGE 3:
For children ready to take things further, our Builder Pathways support more focused development.
Children begin to explore their strengths across different areas, including creativity, making, and leadership.
This is where they are supported to:
-
develop and shape their own ideas
-
communicate and present with greater confidence
-
take ownership of what they create
-
engage more independently with others
This stage moves children from structured learning into more independent thinking and expression.
STAGE 4:
Take It Further:
The Boss Venture
For children ready to go beyond, the Boss Path provides a longer-term progression.
Through continued experiences and deeper support, children develop how they think, communicate, and lead over time.
This is where they are supported to:
-
lead and develop their own ideas
-
communicate with clarity and confidence
-
take responsibility for outcomes
-
grow in independence and self-awareness
This stage supports long-term development and a stronger sense of capability.
What Children Develop
