Where young leaders are ignited
At Boss Camp, children don’t just take part, they step up, lead, create and grow.
We believe real learning isn’t about filling minds with information, but about igniting confidence, curiosity and belief.

Built on the Little Bosses Academy philosophy, our camps combine entrepreneurship, life skills and creativity into hands-on, high-energy experiences that empower children to think, act and grow like bosses.

The Boss
Mission
Children work together to create and launch their own sweet brand, inspired by creativity, flavour, and experimentation.

Each child takes on a key role within the team, building ideas and contributing to something they’re proud of - together.
Our Approach
At Boss Camp, we believe real learning doesn’t come from being told what to do.
It comes from discovering what you’re capable of.

Inspired by the idea that education should spark a fire, not fill a bucket, our programmes are designed to build confidence, creativity, and independent thinking in every child.
Through hands-on experiences, teamwork, and real-world challenges, children don’t just learn, they step into who they can become.
How Boss Camp works
From idea to launch, every step is designed to build confidence, creativity, and real-world capability.

Build
And Create
Over the week, ideas turn into real products.
Children design, make, and refine their creations through hands-on teamwork, learning how to solve problems and improve their ideas.

Day 5 is launch day

Boss Level Achieved
Every child’s journey is recognised.

They develop confidence, teamwork, and real-world skills and leave with a stronger belief in themselves.
A REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE
Real Impact . Real Growth
