They need confidence, communication skills, leadership experience and the ability to turn ideas into action.
Boss Leaders is a practical leadership and enterprise academy designed to help teenagers develop the skills that schools often don't have time to teach.
Participants learn by doing. They work in teams, solve real problems, lead projects and take part in live business experiences that prepare them for the future.
